Before testing
10 women received the Satisfyer Pro 2 at home. We asked them to feel and look at the air-pressure vibrator before trying it. We were also curious about their first impressions and expectations. Read on for what they thought!
What do you already know about the Satisfyer Pro 2?
Jasmijn: I know the Satisfyer as the budget version of the Womanizer — a product with the same air-pressure/pulse system, but affordable for a wider audience. The biggest plus: it’s 100% waterproof, which sets the Satisfyer apart.
Karin: I’ve heard a lot about it too. It promises multiple intense orgasms within minutes. Quite the promise! Curious to see if it lives up to that.
Rozette: “Of all the rip-offs, this would be the toy that comes closest to the Womanizer.”
Gwen: I’m mainly really curious about the difference between the two!
What do you expect from the Satisfyer Pro 2?
Merel: That it’ll make my relaxing bath time even more fun! I quite liked the Womanizer, but I prefer to masturbate in the shower or bath — so I’m extra curious about the Satisfyer.
Gwen: I’m hoping it’s just as good as the Womanizer!
Jasmijn: I expect the Satisfyer to stimulate the clitoris and bring me to climax in a short time. As far as I know, it doesn’t come with an orgasm guarantee, but I expect similar results to the Womanizer.
Charissa: I hope the Satisfyer brings some fun back to the bedroom — that I’ll feel a bit freer and more confident again. Less self-conscious.
What’s your first impression?
50% were fans of the colour. 20% thought the silicone cap was too big.
Marianne: Is this a sex toy? If this stayed on the bedside table, I think no one would realise it’s a sex toy. I personally find the colour combination really nice. It has a calm but luxurious feel.
Tara: “The colour is just unique enough that it doesn’t look cheap.”
Jasmijn: It looks rather large and feels fairly heavy. The colour is a bit questionable — a sort of metallic copper-pink. It reminds me of fancy liver pâté, but I don’t dislike it. It’s a change from all the bright pink toys out there. The shape of the back also suggests you can be a bit more “creative” than just using the rubber nozzle for clitoral stimulation.
Merel: The packaging looks pretty basic, no fuss — I like that. Sex toy packaging often looks cheap and busy. The Satisfyer itself has a lovely copper colour and, like the packaging, a minimalist design. Unlike the Womanizer, it’s not blinged out with Swarovski crystals and trendy prints.
Karin: Agreed. The Satisfyer comes in a lovely calm white box with a photo of the toy on the front. Very classy. But I’m not a fan of the colour. It’s not gold, it’s not bronze. They were going for a luxe look, in my opinion, but missed the mark slightly.
Rozette: Honestly, I prefer it to the Womanizer Pro. The only thing is that the silicone suction cap looks a bit clunky and doesn’t transition smoothly into the device.
How does it feel in your hand?
90% liked how it felt in their hand.
Gwen: The model feels really light and fits well in the hand.
Tara: It’s a bit bigger than I expected, but mostly in a good way. It feels robust and I’m not as worried about dropping it.
Karin: The Satisfyer looks fairly plastic and cheap, but actually has some weight to it. The advantage is it has a fairly long shape, making it easy to use.

What do you think of the controls?
Tessa: This is the biggest letdown for me. There’s a power button which is fine, but the intensity button has no plus or minus. You have to cycle through the entire range to get back to the lowest setting. Especially when you want to step things back, it’s annoying that you can only ever go up.
Karin: Exactly. It only goes up one setting at a time, and only goes back down once you’ve reached the highest setting. I don’t know why they designed it that way — you can never easily switch back if the current setting feels too intense.
Jasmijn: The buttons make a cheap, loud clicking sound. If it were up to me, there’d be a bit more subtlety there.
Charissa: The controls are easy though. The device responds quickly.
Use
After the women inspected the Satisfyer from every angle, it was time for the actual test. They paid attention to the controls, technology and orgasm. Plenty of strong opinions came out. Read on to find out exactly what they thought.
Describe your first experience with the Satisfyer Pro 2 in detail
20% found it too intense.
Tara: In detail? What detail? It was only 2 seconds — there were no details!
Marianne: The Satisfyer did exactly what it promised: it brought me to a really intense climax in less than a minute. And sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
Merel: On my clitoris I found it pretty intense and a bit much, but with the cap I could position it just above my clitoris and — oh my — that was great.
Karin: “It’s not like oral stimulation and it’s not like a vibrator. It’s completely its own thing.”
Charissa: I used the Satisfyer in the shower the first time. Once you’ve found the right spot, the device does the rest. Really arousing. I knew straight away I’d use it more often.
Jasmijn: When I switched it on and used it for the first time, I noticed how discreetly quiet it is, especially when sealed correctly. I had to sit very still so it didn’t slip out of place. But what I’d been afraid of turned out to be even worse in reality. Pretty quickly the toy is doing its job too well and the pulses are too intense. Instead of being able to step it down, I had to take the whole toy off, switch it off and start again. An annoying interruption, and it happened more than once.
Rozette: When push came to shove, I couldn’t quite get it into position, which irritated me. I think it’s because of the clunky cap.
Did it live up to your expectations?
50% felt it met expectations.
Tara: Much better than expected. It was very intense, especially the first time when I didn’t know exactly how it would feel.
Charissa: The device definitely meets my expectations. You don’t need to be in the mood — that comes by itself.
Monica: Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Not the way the guarantee promises, anyway.
Gwen: It’s actually a bit of a letdown for me. The air pressure does its job, but it’s way too intense for me. I couldn’t go past setting 2 because after that it just didn’t feel pleasant anymore.

What do you think of the technology?
Karin: The stimulation is really pleasant and I came to climax very quickly. The stimulation feels gentle. It’s not really comparable to anything else. It’s not like oral stimulation and it’s not like a vibrator. It’s its own thing entirely. The higher settings are very intense but never unpleasant, and can be a thrilling change of pace.
Charissa: I think the technology is brilliant. I keep being amazed it can do this.
Marianne: The air pressure creates a really unique feeling. Particularly nice, in fact. It takes a bit of getting used to at first, especially because the Satisfyer is so intense. I think we’ll see a lot more toys with this kind of technology in future.
How does it compare to other toys?
Merel: I personally also love a toy for vaginal and G-spot stimulation, and that’s something I miss with air-pressure toys. Combining the Satisfyer with a vibrator or dildo feels too much hassle. So in that sense, I’m more of a rabbit fan.
Rozette: The Womanizer’s technology is more refined, more subtle, and a touch different. The Satisfyer’s air-pressure waves are coarser, more present, but they don’t get you to orgasm faster. The Satisfyer seems to “suck” a bit more than release air-pressure waves, in my experience.
Tessa: This is my second vibrator. I bought the Womanizer first. The reason I also wanted the Satisfyer is because it’s waterproof — and there’s a big price difference. Did the Womanizer really have to be that much better given the price? I find the difference minimal.
How long did it take you to reach orgasm?
60% reached orgasm very quickly (within a few minutes).
Tara: Less than half a minute the first time. Later about two minutes once I got more used to the feeling.
Merel: About a minute? Similar to the Womanizer.
Marianne: “How long does it take to orgasm? I think it takes longer to take off your underwear…”
Monica: Sometimes a few minutes, sometimes 30 minutes.
Jasmijn: No orgasm for me with this device.
Gwen: None for me either. Sadly, this product was too intense for me and didn’t feel pleasant.
Rozette: I did reach orgasm with the Satisfyer, but it took a while. I think I had to use it for at least 10 to 15 minutes before my body responded.
Can every woman orgasm with this toy?
Charissa: Yes, I’m convinced. It was a surprise for me too.
Gwen: Yes — if you like “intense” clitoral stimulation, definitely.
Karin: I can be quite practical when it comes to sex. Sometimes I just want to climax quickly when my partner isn’t around, and the Satisfyer is ideal for that. This is a must-have for every woman.
Rozette: I think less easily than with a Womanizer. But I do think it can give plenty of women an orgasm. The orgasm guarantee here isn’t 100%, more like 85% or so.
Marianne: Yes and no — I think it’s quite personal. For many women, the Satisfyer is probably wonderful, but I think the stimulation can also feel too intense.
Monica: Honestly, I think women who already find it hard to orgasm might struggle with this.

Final evaluation
Time to evaluate! We didn’t just want to know if the testers liked it — we also wanted to know if the Satisfyer Pro 2 was worth using regularly. We also asked whether the women felt it was worth the money. They had answers to all those questions and more.
Would you use the Satisfyer Pro 2 again? Alone or with a partner?
80% would use it again. 60% would use the Satisfyer during foreplay with their partner.
Merel: Yes, mainly in the bathroom. In the bedroom, I’d reach for a different kind of vibrator first. But for variety, it’s also fun there. I find the Satisfyer, like the Womanizer, isn’t really inviting to use with my partner. It has to sit in just the right spot and you basically have to lie still — not exactly sexy.
Jasmijn: Unless your partner wants to use the Satisfyer on his nipples (it fits perfectly around them), I see this as a women-only product, given the limited freedom of movement and specific use case (clitoral). You could potentially use the back end for penetration, but I’d recommend just buying a vibrator/dildo for that.
Tara: “I use it at least three times a week now, ha!”
Marianne: The Satisfyer can stay in my bedside drawer. I just wouldn’t reach for it any more often than a mini vibrator or rabbit, but that’s personal. The Satisfyer is allowed to deliver in moments of desperate need when other toys aren’t doing it. I’d be less likely to use it with a partner — I’d reach for a couples vibrator or bullet vibrator. Those toys are easier to handle. I would use the Satisfyer during foreplay sometimes, because everything’s more sensitive after a climax.
Tara: The advantage of using it together is I don’t have to hold the Satisfyer myself, and I can be fingered at the same time.
Do you think the Satisfyer Pro 2 is worth the money?
100% felt the Satisfyer was worth the money.
Merel: Yes, definitely! It’s barely behind the Womanizer, much cheaper, and waterproof — what more could you want?
Jasmijn: When you look at what you get for the price, it’s a great device.
Gwen: Absolutely — much better priced than the Womanizer.
Tessa: The Satisfyer is definitely worth the money! I find the difference in performance not much different from the Womanizer, while the price difference is significant. I’d recommend this product!

Comparing the Satisfyer Pro 2 with the Womanizer
The first air-pressure vibrator on the market was the Womanizer. It’s still praised today by many women for its technology, but criticised for its high price (€199 for the Womanizer Pro). So we asked the 6 women who’d also tested the Womanizer Pro to compare the two air-pressure vibrators side by side. Here’s their verdict.
6 of the 10 women in this test panel tested both the Satisfyer and the Womanizer.
Quickly — what do you think of the Womanizer Pro?
Jasmijn: The Womanizer is a top product, but way too expensive for what you get. On top of that, I missed the waterproof element — especially for that price.
Gwen: Comparing the Womanizer to every other sex toy I’ve used, this is an investment in your own clitoral pleasure. Especially if you plan to buy a sex toy for solo enjoyment. The Womanizer is one where you need to take a bit of time to get used to. But if you love clitoral stimulation, it’s definitely a winner.
Tessa: I think the Womanizer has a luxurious feel, and definitely lives up to its orgasm guarantee.

Name something you prefer about the Satisfyer Pro 2 compared to the Womanizer
Marianne: First of all, I find the Satisfyer’s handle nicer to hold. The Womanizer is more compact but harder for me to grip. I also like that this toy is waterproof. I don’t often use sex toys in the shower or bath, but for cleaning it’s reassuring to know the toys are waterproof.
Merel: “I find the Satisfyer better than the Womanizer Pro in many ways.”
Jasmijn: A huge plus for the Satisfyer: it’s waterproof. And much more affordable than the Womanizer. The pacing — and the number of steps from minimal to super-powerful — is also important, and the Satisfyer paid more attention here.
Gwen: What I really like about the Satisfyer is the charging system! It charges via a magnetic USB cable.
Name something the Satisfyer Pro 2 does worse than the Womanizer
Jasmijn: The Womanizer’s design is clearly more refined, fits better in the hand, has more and better colour options, and the indicator light (red light) actually had a function. Plus: a back button.
Merel: Yes. Especially that you can’t go back down a setting — that was really irritating.
Gwen: The Womanizer starts on a gentle, pleasant setting that you can ramp up. The Satisfyer started immediately on a fairly intense setting, so I couldn’t ease into the product, and at some point it stopped feeling pleasant.
Rozette: The Satisfyer’s cap was worse. The Womanizer’s cap is much better made for the female body. It just fits much better. The Satisfyer’s nozzle is a bit clunky. I also found the Womanizer’s actual air-pressure waves better. Subtler but very intense. The Satisfyer’s stimulation was harsher and at the same time more superficial — as if the “suction” only stimulates the outside of the clitoris but doesn’t really reach inside.
Which has the better price-to-quality ratio?
Jasmijn: I’d absolutely go for the Satisfyer — the Womanizer is just too expensive for what it is.
Merel: The Satisfyer. The price difference is significant and I prefer it on many levels to the Womanizer Pro.
Marianne: “If I let price guide me, the Satisfyer is in my basket almost as fast as it brings me to orgasm.”
Gwen: Womanizer. It’s more refined — finish, air pressure and design.
Tessa: If I’m comparing price and quality, I’d go for the Satisfyer given that price difference. Despite the few drawbacks, there are also plenty of pluses — and most importantly, it does the job!
Marianne: The Womanizer feels more “finished” than the Satisfyer. Still, I don’t think there’s much difference in actual quality.
Which would you choose and why?
67% of the women would choose the Satisfyer Pro 2.
Jasmijn: Ideally, I’d go for the Womanizer. Sadly, it’s not waterproof, and I’d find the Satisfyer’s controls so annoying I’d dread using it. Unfortunately, the Womanizer is too pricey in my view, so I wouldn’t buy either and I’d hope a similar product comes out soon that combines the best of both: affordable, waterproof, well-designed and easy to use. Maybe the Satisfyer will get an update where you can also step down through the settings. In that case, I’d be Satisfied!
Merel: I’d choose the Satisfyer. I love that it’s waterproof and I find it at least as enjoyable as the Womanizer. As a gift, the Womanizer is more suitable thanks to the Swarovski crystal and slightly more luxurious packaging.
Gwen: I could orgasm with the Womanizer, but not the Satisfyer. The Satisfyer is so intense that after a minute I was over-stimulated. Even though the design looks good and the price is more comfortable, I’d still go for the Womanizer. At the end of the day, it’s about what it can do.
Rozette: For wallet reasons, I’d go for the Satisfyer. But if you really struggle to orgasm or have never had one, save up a bit longer and choose the Womanizer.
Marianne: Both can stay in my bedside drawer. Since there’s not much difference in use, I’ll probably grab whichever is on top and charged. If I had to buy a new toy, I’d be guided by price. And since that’s more than €100 difference, the Satisfyer is in my basket almost as fast as it brings you to climax.

Conclusion
Opinions on the Satisfyer Pro 2 varied considerably here and there. But overall, the testers agreed: the Satisfyer Pro 2 is worth the money. It’s praised for its strong air pulses — which according to some are absolutely on a par with the Womanizer Pro. Plus, it can join you in the bath or shower, which is a big plus for many women. And not least: most testers reached orgasm in record time!
There were some criticisms here and there too. Many testers agreed that being able to step down through settings really should have been included. A few testers found it pretty intense and a few missed vaginal stimulation. Still, most felt it’s absolutely worth trying — drawbacks and all. Read what they had to say below!
The opinions
Monica: It’s a nice stimulator. It looks great, is light, and works well for the “average” woman. But the orgasm guarantee feels risky to me, especially for women who struggle to climax.
Tara: The main word that comes to mind is “efficient”. Maybe not the sexiest word, but “it gets the job done”. Also handy and hygienic when you’re on your period. Essential for the bedside drawer. I was never sold on the idea of battery-powered, noisy devices in the bedroom. I’ve forgotten why.
Karin: Compared to its counterpart, the Womanizer, the Satisfyer is a bargain! Of course, it’s still a bit pricey, but you get value. I think every woman should have this or something similar. Bin those vibrators and stick with a Satisfyer or Womanizer.
Charissa: I wish I’d discovered the Satisfyer sooner. As a woman, if you feel insecure about your body, want to feel a bit freer, just want a treat for yourself, or want it for foreplay — this is a must-have.
Gwen: The Satisfyer Pro 2.0 isn’t my thing. I find it too intense. But it works in exactly the same way as the Womanizer — only the air-pressure pulses are a bit harsher. Of course it varies per person — I happen to be very sensitive. But if that’s not the case for someone else, the Satisfyer is definitely a winner!
Rozette: The Satisfyer is light, easy and pretty. The details — like the cap and the air-pressure waves themselves — leave a little to be desired, but they’re forgivable given the low and affordable price. For women who can orgasm easily or are on a smaller budget, I’d definitely recommend the Satisfyer.
Rating
Satisfyer Pro 2 vs Womanizer
We asked the testers to pick a winner in each category.
| Category | Satisfyer Pro 2 | Womanizer |
|---|---|---|
| Settings | 3 | 3 |
| Suction power | 4 | 3 |
| Controls | 3 | 3 |
| Shape | 4 | 2 |
| Design | 4 | 5 |
Settings: A draw. Many feel the Satisfyer transitions more smoothly between settings, while the Womanizer scores on its slow starting setting.
Suction power: The Satisfyer Pro 2 wins by one point thanks to its very powerful air-pulses.
Controls: Another draw. Testers say the Satisfyer Pro 2’s buttons feel nicer. The Womanizer Pro’s button is hard to press for some. But the Womanizer scores back on the option to step down through settings — something the Satisfyer doesn’t have.
Shape: The Satisfyer Pro 2 wins. Testers especially love the ergonomic handle.
Design: Although the design is a bit much for some, the Womanizer Pro wins thanks to its unique, luxurious feel — and because it’s available in multiple colours.
